General Information:

-The usual time estimate may be affected in times of high demand (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday or special dates such as Mother's Day, special events or eventual discounts). In this case it is possible that delivery may be extended up to 7 working days.


-All orders are individually hand-packed with beautiful packaging. We will send one jewelry box per order, in case you need extra boxes to give as a gift you must tell us in order notes and we will contact you to pay 1€/extra box.


-We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Europe.


-From Louvème, we are not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with the courier company, or any other circumstance that affects it.


-In case you want to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of postal address.


-Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.


-For all shipments in Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos Express. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be sent by Correos. As for Europe, shipments are made with UPS.

-When we have sent your order, you will receive an email from the courier company corresponding to your geographical area with a link to track your order. You can contact them to arrange the best day and time of delivery.

-In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, according to the Trade Regulations, the company, in this case Louvème Jewelry, is not responsible for Customs costs at the destination of the shipments.
