LOUVÈME guarantees total satisfaction with your purchase. If upon receiving your jewelry you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return the product, for the reasons detailed below.


EXCHANGES


In which cases will exchanges be accepted?


-I want to exchange my item for another one

-I want to change the size of my item

-I have received the wrong product or size

-My product has had a defect within the exchange period (falling zirconia, failure in the clasp, chipped piece, broken chain in the welding area...).


Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after the delivery of the order. 


Important note: Exchanges will be accepted on all products except earrings, for hygienic reasons.


Exchanges will not be accepted for loss of plating on your jewelry or for its use, for hygienic reasons. The speed in the loss of the gold plating will depend on different factors such as sweating, excessive contact of the product with water, the use of creams-colognes or the use of chemical products on the skin, as well as the care and conservation of the product or the PH of the skin of each person. Please follow the steps in our Jewelry Care section for the best conservation and durability.

In the case of fulfilling all the requirements for it, only one exchange per order will be made.

In case of exchange for another article, it must be for the same or higher amount.


What should I do to make an exchange? (STEPS TO FOLLOW)


Contact us through our email info@louveme.com indicating your intention to change your order number, full name and the reason why you want to make the change.


The item must be sent unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for providing secure packaging for the return of the item.


Are shipping charges paid?


All shipping costs associated with an exchange will be payed by the buyer, unless the products are defective or erroneous, in which case LOUVÈME will make the exchange with shipping at our expense.


The cost of postage will be paid to LOUVÈME through bank transfer, with the data that we will provide you with the exchange instructions.


In no case the shipping costs of the order will be refunded.


 * Exchanges and returns in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are always at the customer's expense.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS


In no case Louvème will issue refunds. The amount of the unwanted jewel or jewels will be refunded in a voucher with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged within 90 days. If you wish to exchange for an item that is out of stock at the time of validity of the voucher, you can communicate via email to pause its validity and resume it when the desired items are available again.


Returns will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after delivery of the order.


In which cases are returns accepted?


-If the customer receives his order in bad condition.

-If the article or articles of the order are not to the customer's liking.


Important note: LOUVÈME will study the condition of the jewelry and it will be subject to assessment in each case.


Important note: Exchanges or voucher returns will be accepted on all products except earrings, for reasons of hygiene.

In the event that, by mistake, we have not included all the items you have purchased in your order, no refunds will be made. A new shipment will be created with the missing products.

In case the order is returned to us by our transport company, because it could not be delivered or the recipient could not be located, no refunds will be accepted. The order must be claimed to Correos Express through the phone number we provide, and in case we already have it, contact us through info@louveme.com informing us of the will for the parcel to be sent again. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to make a second shipment (this cost will be paid by the customer) to the recipient and only exchanges will be accepted.
